Ingredients: 

Directions: Wet your skin, lather on a bath pouf or loofah or a washcloth* apply it to your skin. Rinse it off and pat dry with a towel. Don't rub, because rubbing takes away moisture. *Using a washcloth does not produce as much lather, which may cause you to use more body wash. a bath pouf is best
