If paying with an eCheck via PayPal please be aware that it can take up to 7 business days before the payment clears. This will add to your delivery time, please plan eCheck payment orders accordingly as ALL orders paid by this method WILL NOT ship until funds are securely in our account.

We currently only ship within the USA and to Canada, normally within 1 – 2 business days via USPS.
All U.S. retail orders of $75+ (before shipping) will ship FREE. Entering the wrong shipping address or failing to pick up your package from the shipping carrier may cause you to incur additional fees. Please see the approximate transit time to estimate when your package will arrive once it is shipped from our facility in North Carolina (27540). Once your order is weighed and packaged, you will receive an email from the shipping carrier with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update tracking details.
If you opt to for expedited shipping, this does not change our normal processing time of 1 – 2 business days. Canadian customers are responsible for payment of duty, taxes and customs fees, NO REFUNDS will be given if the customer opts to not pay the duties, taxes and/or customs fees.
